Tabling Policy

To ensure the focus of the fest centers around zines, we require that 75% of your table space contain zines. The other 25% can include handmade items and other small press publications.

Please note that this tabling policy has been adjusted to accommodate our outdoor zine fests as we move toward recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Full table: 2.5 x 6 feet (plus two chairs)

Half table: 2.3 x 3 feet (plus one chair)

If you need special accommodations, please let us know in your application so we can do our best to take care of you!

Out of fairness to all who have supported Olympia Zine Fest by purchasing a table, and to the many who are on our wait list, no table squatting is permitted. Full tables are for Libraries, distros, and solo zinesters who want a little more space. If you want to split a full table with someone, please apply separately as half tables and include the name of the person you’d like to share with in your application. We’ll reserve a full table for you both on the day of the fest if:
(1) both tablers list each other AND (2) both are accepted into the Fest.

Olympia Zine Fest organizers reserve the right to reject table applicants that have engaged in activity that is in violation of our safer spaces policy. This decision will be made at the discretion of Olympia Zine Fest organizers.

All applicants must agree to abide by our safer spaces policy.

Refund Policy: To receive a full refund, we would need to receive a cancellation notice by August 27, 2023. If you cancel after the deadline date, your table will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
