Resilient Bastard with Meg Martin

Learn some basics about addiction and mental health, and how to show up for yourself and loved ones who are struggling (while also contributing to the next issue of Resilient Bastard).

Zinester Songwriter with Lauren Napier
2:30pm to 3:45pm
Bring song lyrics or poetry (original or not) for hands-on experience connecting poetry, music, and zines.
